[REQUEST] Visual Effect Reduction mod

Would it be possible for someone to make a mod that reduces the intensity of visual effects or makes them less bright (like explosions/EMPs or the boosters in the mechs)? I have epilepsy and am not playing the game to not risk a photosensitive seizure and something like this could be a godsend. Had the same issue with Monster Hunter World and https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/3149 somewhat mitigated my issues, even if something as extreme as this could be done I'd be glad for.

Don't know if this would be hard to implement but any feedback/results would be greatly appreciated.
