Mods just don't work

I've been playing modded Fallout 4 for a few years already, and just recently i got a new hardrive, I attempted to move some heavy games to it, one of them being Fallout 4.

After moving it and setting up everything on the Vortex Loader again, i opened the game, created a new savefile... and my mods were just gone.
Completely gone, all 78 active mods didn't load into the save, for the exception of a main menu replacer.

It seems my savefile just didn't recognise any of the mods, and after checking, Fallout 4 did recognise them, but they were not in the save?. Whenever i enter into the mods tab on the pause menu, it opens up with all of the mods i have, yet none of them apply, and after double checking and deploying the mods over three times in a row, it did nothing.

If someone knows how to fix this, please tell me, i've been trying to replay fallout 4 for a while, and my last savefile was softlocked.

I can provide more info on demand, just ask, i'll give.

Same here. I gave up and changed to MO2 but that didn't solve the problem anyway. Lost therefore 3 Profiles with a ton of saves all above Lvl 50 and 74 mods.

Struggeling now to get the mod back via MO2 but figured out, that's not so simple. sigh.
