(mod request) Street Fighter 6 - Not On The Sidelines dynamic/non-dynamic soundtrack mod

Hey everyone. I fell for that track. The chorus drop takes about a minute to kick in, but if you aren't playing baby mode there's usually time enough for the track to shine. I tried modding it myself, but god this thing is not easy. updated file names what now? there are more dead links in the articles/posts i click than in a blindfolded zelda playthrough. either plz some1 make it happen, or just give me an idea on how i get around to making it happen myself. much appreciated!
