Sarah Morgan's hair is a lot finer and the textures and their eyes look more realistic, aside from obvious lighting/color differences. I wasn't really caring much about Starfield when I bought it, but it's a nice bonus.... hilariously bought it because my SSE mod load was getting... beefy.
