kuroykami
Dear space explorer, I hope you are enjoying your journey across the cosmos! On my side, I'm trying to, but it seems Bethesda didn't really care about accessibility... I'm visually impaired (at a high level) and I kind of struggle with a lot of things in the game... The first and main issue is finding my way. The quest indicators are quite small, and I lose them pretty easily. Moreover, I would have loved to see something similar to the spell "clairvoyance" in Skyrim – like a very big and visible light arrow that helps you find your way inside buildings, planets, caverns, and so on, to help reach your objective and quest markers... I just noticed today that when the scan is active, we have some very small arrows popping on the floor, but depending on the environment, we don't see them. I just noticed them after 15 hours of playtime, and they are not visible at all (at least for me)... Also, when exploring a planet, finding the point of interest is quite hard for me. The indicators aren't visible or contrasted, and I'm confused with a far-discovered point or a point to discover. Having something that could help find them, like a specific selection that would lock undiscovered points or just make them way more visible, would be amazing! Since I'm struggling to play, I'm not that far in the game, so I haven't faced other blocking situations. But basically, any mod that can do what I noticed or just improve accessibility by adding a narrator on selection or mouse over (like in Hogwarts Legacy), for example, would also be incredible. I was waiting for this game for a long time, and I'm quite sad to struggle that much to play it, so any accessibility improvement would be welcome! Thanks in advance.
