[mod request] Ring of human influence

Any of you who played baldur's gate 2 might remember the ring of human influence from the circus in Waukeen's promenade. It was a ring which raised the charisma stat to 18.

 

Although it's a bit of a cheaty mod request I love the idea of it being available early game so that the protagonist doesn't have to suffer the sting of poor dialogue roles if they're not a charisma based class.

 

I would really like a mod play through with just cosmetic mods and this one enhancement.
