Mrcellophane1978
I know that people will say "don't use it" but it's not as simple as that because it's tempting to use to save time. But the ability to travel anywhere in time and space from the surface of one planet to another without going to your ship is, for want of a better word - disgusting and game breaking. Fast travel on the surface from one location to another ok, but to another planet? God no. Please could someone make a mod so that you can only activate fast travel through space when actually in orbit in your ship. It almost makes me want to go back to elite dangerous it is so horrible. Just "not using it" is not a solution.... Thanks!
ArtionNex
+1 I think the fast travel between planets without going to ur ship breaks immersion so hard.
caatalyst
A mod that introduces land vehicles would be the ultimate solution.Craft them or purchase them and they deploy when you land on a planet and you can use them to quickly traverse the terrain. They could also have storage to help negate the encumbrance. I can't believe land vehicles weren't considered for this game. This would at least make traversing planets more immersive.I wish space travel was more immersive as well but I'm not sure how this could be fixed considering how the core game is designed.
