Stuck when Importing and Installing Mods

Hey all, not sure if anyone has had this problem lately, but my Vortex has been been going incredibly slow - almost stuck -- when either importing or installing or deploying mods, update, etc. LIke it shows that it's doing those things but it will stay that way for more than 20 minutes.

 

All was going great until I updated to the newest version of Vortex. Then that's when it all began acting up. Even upgraded to premium to see if that would work but it didn't.

 

I tried these (and tested indivisually) but to no avail:

 

- Reverting back to the older version of Vortex

- Changed my security settings to make an exception

- Uninstall/reinstall Vortex

- Run on Admin

 

For the life of me can't figure out what's going on. Anyone got any suggestions? Much appreciated.
