luthienanarion
NXMM does not have write permissions for the folder it is installing mods to. Change the permissions of the folder.
Alphast
That's what I thought as well. Although, I wonder why some mods get installed without any problem and some don't. After all, they all get into the DATA folder of FONV. But what's even more bizarre is that I checked the Properties of DATA folders and found out they are all "only reading" enabled. I changed that manually to "read-write" by all users. But the weird thing there is that:1. It didn't change anything to my problem (some mods still refuse to install with the script error above.2. The DATA folder still is shown as "read only" after I reopen FONV folder. This is a complete mystery to me.
HiggsBp
More than likely it has less to do with the permissions of the folder and more to do with the permissions of NMM. I can't say for sure since I can't replicate the error but I would make sure NMM has administrator permission. I have had mods that would not install or would get errors in the NMM installers when NMM did not have admin permission.
Alphast
I tried running NMM as an admin (by right clicking the NMM icon and using the drop down menu of Windows). This has had absolutely no effect. Maybe there is a better way of giving NMM permanently admin rights?
