Glowing Magazines for Perks, similar to Glowing Bobbleheads for FO76 or Easy To See Glowing Magazines for FO4. Or even better still would be a comprehensive version for all high value lootables just like Easy To See Glowing Stuff for FO4. Thanks in advance if you have the skills and time!
