Cowboy Bebop Bounty Mod Idea

Okay. So i can't mod for s#*!. But I was in the showering thinking about how wild it would be for a Kiosk to be implemented in at set locations. Or a Kiosk to be available in one of the Habs. When you access it, it proceeds to play the jingle from the Bounty show they watch in Cowboy Bebop. Then it displays missions that cycle every X amount of in game time. When you pick a Bounty up, it sends you to random coordinates on either a planet or in space to kill a randomly generated NPC that fights back. If the board is clear, it just adds more random Bounties after the reset time. I thought this would give people hella replay after completing most the s#*! in game. I hope this sounds good to somebody out there that can make it happen.
EDIT: I know I said seek out and kill. Which they didn't do in the show. You're supposed to bring them in. But unless somebody can figure out a way to "Apprehend" a suspect and complete the objective, kill works just fine.
EDIT to the edit: I guess you could use the EM guns as I was told by a friend to bring them in alive. (At least subdue them to complete)
