Converting CBBE/Static outfits to 3BA

I've followed the guide:

But THIS https://imgur.com/a/rc0TNdN is what ends up happening. Sometimes if i do things a bit differently, it will work but with this robe specifically there is an issue where the lower half of the robe splits and shows the legs. Almost like the bone weights weren't copied correctly?

I wish there was a more detailed guide that explained better what each of these functions do in Outfit studio.

I'm doing this because nobody has a completed working mesh sets for Vanilla outfits for 3ba. The best there is is here:
