[SSE] Patch for Livia Salvian Revamped that moves the "Mission Description" Note

I'd like a patch for this mod (and one for Death Consumes All if you feel like it) that moves the quest item Mission Description note from the Thalmor Embassy, to the Chest in front of the bed in the Thalmor Headquarters, so I don't have to go through the majority of the main quest to get it.
