Ur_killer Posted August 19, 2003 Share Posted August 19, 2003 If you have got far enough into the main quest you will have to become telvanni hotara or something like that. well when you are convincing to counselers one will give you scroll of summon golden saint. then later on you can find a grand soul gem in anothe counselers house. when you get both use the scroll and soul trap the golden saint. now kill it. you now need 15,000 gold. when you get that much(unless your good with enchanting) go to an enchanter and enchant an amulet or ring or clothes etc. with levitation for 1 sec. on self constant effect. now you should be able to go to any height in the game.
