nytkim
Hello. I had skyrim se in a secondary driver (D:) and now I've changed skyrim to my SSD windows driver (C:). However, whenever I try to change the mod staging driver to C: it fails. It actually does finish copying all the mods after a long time, but at the end it reverts everything back and says "Directories are not writable". I'm not running it in admin. I've tried placing it in the suggested Users directory or just into C:\Vortex Mods\ and neither works. Thank you.
jaydawg55
It appears that Vortex cannot access the files in the new location. That is some kind of a permissions issue with your operating system (Windows 10? 11?). On what drive is Vortex installed? Did you buy Skyrim SE through Steam or GOG or somewhere else?
