[MOD REQ] Mission Console onboard Ship

Add a mission console to the ship, so you can take missions while in space.

 

Perhaps adding it to the cockpit module, by replacing the menu for the Captains Locker with the Mission Console?

 

Or adding a mission console to the 1x1 storage or Crew bypass 1x1 module?
