[Mod Request]Unlimited use Speak With Dead

So messing with cheat engine, I found that the spell with the name: Target_SpeakWithDead_Test has unlimited questions. However, tried making a mod with it, but have no idea what I'm doing. With this spell, the first cast has the 5 question limit, but can be recast on the same corpse to have the unlimited questions after if that helps at all.
