elbmek Posted September 10, 2023 Share Posted September 10, 2023 I've read a few contradictory posts about how to decode the Chip without Tinker being around. In the past, I went into Railroad and after an 'arguement' with Desdemona I had to blast Glory and then the others, including Tinker Tim. Later, I decided to follow the institute route as I had not been there for a couple of years. I got the chip and went to Amari, who said she couldn't do it but check out Tinkers desk. I went back to Railroad and tried to get his computer to work. Nada. I then spotted his terminal on which he says something. So I went back to the 'chipolator' and it accepted my chip and decoded it.
