Shield bash/two weapon fighting Request

Any way we can add a true shield bash and then allow it to work with two weapon fighting?

 

And even better, an option to duel wield shields?

 

An assortment of different shields would also be nice. Not sure how 5e does it but 3.5 and pathfinder 1e have light shields, normal shields, as well as bucklers and tower shields/spiked shields.
