Whether Vortex or BG3MM, Auto/Manual doesn't matter - None of my Mods Load

How do I know they are not loading into the game? Because every video I watch has an "error" message that pops up when the mods are installed inside of the game, warning you about doing so, a) for achievements and b) for the story, but neither error message has come up for me. What am I doing wrong? None of the mods I have installed are showing in game (Hexblade Subclass) and Backgrounds for Character creations. Please help! Super frustrated. I have installed MODs in other games just fine, but BG3 seems to be really frustrating me.

I am currently running BG3MM, but I had Vortex and same issues happened.

 

I have turned off overlay, updated my video driver, walked through the videos 3-4x, and I cannot find anyone addressing this specific issue, which is that the BG3MM shows the active mods, I run the game from BG3MM, and the game doesn't show the mods. Same thing happened with Vortex, so it feels like it is game setup or settings related.

I've tried loading manually and with Vortex. No Mods area loading.

I've loaded the Mod Fixer.. Nothing.

 

Is their an .ini file that needs to have a setting changed.

I'm using Vortex and my game just doesn't load at all. I'm just using a mod for additional hair, nothing else. Went through all the tutorials, downloaded everything needed, and the game doesn't even load. The initial loading screen just stays on 100% and won't even let me start the game.

 

Edit: And now my game appears to be entirely borked. Sorry I even tried to mod it. FML.
