Vortex won't let me change install path.

I installed Vortex and searched for Starfield. Hit manage, then when the window popped up to select the install path for the mods, I overzealously hit the button without creating the "Mods" folder. Now it installs everything in the wrong path, and I can't get it to change. I have tried changing it manually 20 times, doesn't work. I select the Mods folder, hit select folder and it still installs it in the wrong folder. I've uninstalled Vortex and reinstalled still happens because it won't ask me for a path when I manage Starfield anymore.
