Is there a way to create a simple, plain text modlist with Vortex?

Hey guys!
So I've started using Vortex after using NMM. Vortex seems alright, but I have a question.
Is there a way to create a simple, plain text modlist with Vortex? 'Cause so far I've only seen collections, but these are not plain text. I know there are extensions, but modlist formatting in some of them sucks, like putting lots of ============ between mods or whatever. I just want a list that goes:

1. Mod name

2. Patch for that Mod name

3. Another mod name

4. Another mod name
   etc.
   
   
   Plugin lists generated by Vortex aren't enough, as not all mods have .esp plugins. Same with the loadorder.txt file. Some mods are just scripts, others are plugins for SKSE. Certain texture mods don't have a plugin, same goes for some UI mods. But I need to have these included as well.
   So, how do I solve this? I literally just need a plain text modlist for a stream VOD description and/or Twitch chat bot command.
   Would really appreciate any info.
