(MOD REQUEST) Record and Export All Dice Rolls

Hi all,

 

I would love to have a mod that:

 

a) records ALL dice rolls - active, passive, environmental, etc. Literally any time a die is rolled, either on-screen or off, it gets recorded.

b) can export to a spreadsheet

Is such a thing even possible? If so, I'd be willing to hire someone to create this.
