Merged mods formid same as the ones in Fallout4.esm

Hello, I have merged lot of mods (weapons and armors) but the problem is that the merged file seems to uses formid from the Fallout4.esm, but the thing it adds has nothing to do with it, the original mods doesn't modify that, my guess is that when I start merging the mods, the formid changes (that we know) but it also changes to some used by Fallout4.esm.

For example, you may have one that is used by Weapon in Fallout 4 but the thing added in the mod is "ARMOR" and then it gets a conflict, even though they aren't the same.

 

I've been using zEdit merge, got something better to give me?
I do use .esl files but I do not want to use only that.

 

My problem was that the first time you get in a power armor, in first-person, I couldn't use the pipboy, no weapons or anything seen in my hands, if I went into third person, my character wouldn't move and was stuck there so I went and check the mods for conflicts and noticed that and it is the cause of the problem.

 

Anyone has an idea to merge mods properly so they won't interfere with the formid from Fallout4.esm and its DLCs?
