background dialogue unlock

I want to eventually see the background dialogue options for other backgrounds without having to make a new character and play from another 50+ hours. I was thinking, what about making the dialogue options available to you, once you have all the required skills. Example: I am a beast hunter, if I want to unlock bouncer background dialogue options, I would need to learn boxing and security, because I already have fitness.
