Mod request - add "color blind" mode to eleminate invisible colors

I'm one of the roughly 10% of the male population who is color blind, having the most common type which is red-green color blindness. This condition makes any red color almost invisible or very hard to see, which makes playing stuff like ship to ship battles impossibly difficult. Many games (even old ones like WOT) have a "color blind" mode, which changes the red colors into something much more easily visible - like blue or yellow. instead. I was surprised that Starfield didn't have any accessibility control to do this!

 

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, will be to add a "color blind" mode to the game, or at the very least get rid of the red attacking enemy ships in space combat. Thanks for your consideration of this!
