[Mod request] More NPCs in cities, farms and shops

When I first got to New Atlantis I was quite fond of the number of NPCs though this is not always the case in all locations, especially indoors and in shops. Some of us are lucky to have a high-end rig which could bear the additional demand.

 

I think it would be awesome to have a mod which would multiply for example the NPCs in various forementioned locations.
