The Den Hail

Would it be at all possible to create a mod, Where going up to "The Den" And Hailing it with "E" Instead of Docking it to speak with vladimir to hunt down more powers. Could it be possible to add Vladimir's conversation to the "E" option instead of forcing us to dock. Walk on the ship, talk to him, then fast travel to the location. I just dont want to have to fly down and dock every single time. Considering theres like 25 powers and they go up to level 10 each. Flying to The Den over 250 times seems way way way too excessive.
