My water's reflection is too white, especially noticeable during sunrise and sunset

Between around 5pm and 5am my water's reflection turns quite white, which becomes less noticeable during nighttime because it's dark outside. Here's a picture during sunset:

The reflection should be orange coloured like the sky, but instead the surface has a bright white reflection. It looks like a pale sheen that covers the surface, especially when looking at the water from the side, and becomes less noticeable when looking at the surface from the top down.

 

I'm using an ENB (Cabbage) with 'Water for ENB' and 'NAT.ENB III Weather Plugin'. What could be the problem?

Have you looked at the .ini (or .json) that holds the settings for your ENB and weather plugin? They might have conflicting settings. I don't know which ones, b/c it makes my head hurt to look at all of the settings in the ENB I have installed on my game... Try searching for ENB water reflection, or ENB water reflection settings.
