Hunkell
NPCs in this game very dull. They are there because they need to be like they don't have any schedule or anything. For instence in Paradiso same NPCs in same spot for 7/24. Nobody swimming, enjoying dirnk, eating or anything. I don't even know this came contains eat and drink animation for NPCs (I saw very little portion of NPC's drinking something white glass / bottle and eating sandwhic thats all) This is really immersion breaking situation. I know this can be done only Creation Kit 2 releases but just in case I'm dropping this idea here.
mrsathletic
I second this. I would also love to see more and various NPCs everywhere, e.g. as explorers wandering on planets, more NPCs in civilian settlements, interior cells (vendors) and of course as travellers in space. The amount of NPC spaceships is far too little. Space flight makes no sense this way and besides being in space is only but a "fast travel" thing for me. lvlnd
I wish I had the smarts to do an NPC and follower overhaul. I have a follower who's not part of the main quest and even though Bethesda said this game would be more in depth it isn't. I think it is even shallower than Skyrim. They could have solved the problem with shops open all the time by having two or three NPCs with different 'work' schedules. And the NPCs we deal with in quests really need to not be standing in the exact same position we left them earlier. Yes, I get it, it is a video game and its universe does revolve around the PC...but why does it have to feel that way!
