When I started playing Oblivion I noticed that there aren't many body adjustments, so I began looking into mods but even those are limited. There are mods out there for different breast sizes, height, and muscle tone but I think it would be nice if they came out with a mod that allowed for complete body customization. I found a mod (New race - Size outside perimiter) where you can type in a number (1 being standard) and make your character virtually any size you want, on similar principle I imagine you might be able to make a mod adjusting fat racio, and muscle racio and for females, hips and boobs also.
