[MOD Request] Rotate Habs 90 degrees

Simple add the ability to rotate the Habs 90 degrees. So we can make better ships.

+1 There are not enough wings that look like an airplane in the structural category. I want sideways habs as wings, so I can add structural components to make it look wing-like.

I was banging my head against the wall trying to figure out how to rotate a hab until I discovered it's not been implemented. We NEED this! I see there are a few working on it in other threads.
