Mod request - Transform race/sex of origin characters

Looking for a mod that can change the sex/race of origin characters OR use a type of mechanism such as the 'be anyone' mod that allows the transfer of one look to another character.

 

I.e. create custom npc via 'recruit any npc' mod, create clone, transfer looks to shadowheart/gale/etc.
