Why not take a different view to the capabilities of Oblivion? :3 if any one has ever played disciples:sacred lands, or disciples:II, you could maybe see this potential but, you could actually make some things like The Empire, as goes the race imperial, or the Mountain Clan, as goes for nords and such, and then the undead horde, vampires and skeletons, etc. Even the Demonic clan of disciples such as the oblivion creatures, but as you can see these "sort of" already exist in Oblivion, but what if they lived in the same plane of existance, all with their own faction, and maybe even a quest to join their faction and serve it in different ways? Call me crazy but I think it has potential for a VERY good questline, and very good other uses, especially if you wanna use a mercenaries mod and mount an attack on a big fortress kinda thing XD, which I have done :)
