[Mod Request] Cambion armor/Commander Zhalk armor

I've wanted this armor since I saw it when I started the game but as far as I'm aware it's unobtainable.

 

I don't know if anyone already working on it but it's the armor worn by Commander Zhalk.

 

If anyone can be bothered to create it, I would be very grateful.
