allesbezet1
Braking in to houses with better loot, more crime in skyrim like in riften for example.More fun to pick a lock and get some money out of it. sneaking like a boss!
ArchangelZero7
What do you mean exactly? Because there are perks in the lockpicking and sneaking trees that improve most of this already...maybe if you want them even better, a mod that improves the existing perks? Sorry for the lack of understanding :P
Nexusandme
I can't understand a thing in Skyrim.I'm seeing superior items in merchant's sale list but when i kill the merchant or break in to him/her shop, i cant find those items. So where are they ? :S
ArchangelZero7
well the perks I mentioned only affect gold and the rarity of items in chests, not the clutter in the house/ shop. As far as that goes, I haven't seen anything that alters it. I'll check to see if I missed it in a second.
gierheart
Dude the chest your looking for is there merchant chest beneath the ground. Its not on them nor is it in there house. The only way to get them and the items you want is to fall through the level and locate there shops chest. Sorry if this breaks your thief idea. But maybe someone can make it possible to relocate there merchant chest above ground. Other then that. No way to get them unless you can fall through the level. ArchangelZero7
Well using the TCL console command will let you go through the ground, but I don't know if the chest is there or not. Let me check real quick Edit: The chests are there, so I'd imagine that if they were brought to the surface, the perks would affect them. I think the perks would be in Lockpicking, Stealth, and Speechcraft (or whatever its called lol). gierheart
Told you bro so new topic of discussion is it possible to move said chest the the surface haha
ArchangelZero7
I'd imagine that would be simple. But then the question is, are shop chests governed by the same restrictions as field/ dungeon/ etc. chests (ie. level lists, perks, skills, and the like) or do they function differently because they're shop chests? MagnusMac
This'd work nicely if each merchant a had a key to their own chest equipped so only those with suitable perks could get it peacefully. But this can be exploited easily. Possibly adding longer respawning timers for it would fix the issue. As for more crime like seeing thieves, in every city not just riften, would be good for immersion, is their a mod that increases the probability and amount of these unique events happening? ArchangelZero7
I believe that this may work for more thieves, etc.
