Can't Spin The Rings on Any Claw Doors

I've restarted the game 3 times. On each save, I've tried: resetting the cell of the claw door, loading a save from before I entered the area, interreacting with the rings in third person, and leaving the cell and coming back. None of these have worked, and I can't figure out why or what mod I am using that would be causing it. For now, I'm using the instant claw door opening mod, but I'd like to know what mod could be causing it, or how to fix it.
