[Mod Request] Willing to commission a custom tattoo for my character's face

I really want my character to have a birthmark on their face that's kinda like a raccoons black mask sorta thing. Another example I saw was the main character (Michiru) from an anime called Brand New Animal. She's got the eye shadow/mask I'm looking for. Perfect for a thief/cyber runner character. It would awesome to get the hair pattern for the hair as well, but I don't wanna ask too much.
