change size of horse?

i want to use pytk or sprites in detail to either make horses larger or higher resolution. ideally i'd like to replace the horse with sebastian's motorcycle sprite.

 

it's not working, though. what am i doing wrong?

Is someone still on to this?

I'm making an ultimate easy fix for better animals and I would also like to take on the horse.

Would help very much if someone knew how big the sprite of the horse is (how many pixels), it's not really visible from the file.

And has someone tried to enlargen space using pytk?
