Muddy weather mod

I'd love to play in rainy, foggy, cloudy, stormy weather only.

Basically remove some weather types (e.g. sunny, pollution, toxic rain, sandstorm) and reduce it to the above ones.

Would create a good atmosphere imho.

Sunny weather could be possible in the night though (since it wouldnt be sunny ^^).

I'm sure it would be appreciated by a lot players also!
