Enemy scaling is one thing, but bullet sponges are another. I suppose it would be eaiser to tune enemies to not have bloated health bars, but going the other route means the player can die easily, giving more meaning to cyberware. HaikenEdge Posted September 25, 2023 Share Posted September 25, 2023 Agreed the suggestion of needing better headshot damage; there's absolutely no reason that at any level, with all headshot and sneak damage multiplier perks taken, that it should take multiple headshots to kill an enemy.
