[Mod Request] Improved camera but no cheats

I'd like to be able to rotate the camera vertically (pitch?), and zoom closer, and just zoom.

I know there are a few camera mods already but I dont want to cheat or spoilers:

no zoom farther and I dont want to see things that I would not normally see, such as secret rooms, enemies... i dont want the mod to make things easier.
