Can't find Function SetautosapplyOils > Impossible to install ANY mod

Hello

I used mod manager to install Involved Alchemy and nothing seems to work, i don't know why.
The other mods don't work either, as there is a problem with my The Witcher 3 file (???)

I tried also with manual installation, but noooope. Same error

I installed it on my SSD with this path : S:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3
Is it the one i need to choose with mod manager?

I installed Script Merger, Custom Localization Fix.

The second one appears whatever mod i try to install !
