Neck Ribbon & Bell - Looking for Item in Mod Screenshots

I've been searching everywhere for the neck ribbon that I see in so many screenshots. Sometimes it has a little bell attached, and sometimes it doesn't. You can see it in the first few screenshots for Tav's Hair Salon, and many more.

 

Is this a modded item (if so which), or is it an early access item that is no longer in the game outside of a few random NPCs? Can somebody please help me? I'm really wanting the one without the bell, but I'll take either. <3

I believe it's part of Misc Mods by Toarie, specifically the Shadow Druid's Backpack. Currently an old file though and hasn't been updated for full release so it may or may not be functional.

Thank you so much for the information! I would have never found it! Maybe a lot of the screenshots I'm seeing were taken during early access. Seems the backpack is only accessible at the start of the game, so I'll have to check it out on a new playthrough to see if it still works or not.
