Game crash on Level up (

First I'd like to say sorry in advance if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

I just started a game with mods and I've encountered a bug that crashes my game whenever I earn a 3rd feat on any character.

I tried resetting my class but no luck, same bug. I'm not going beyond level 11 on my wizard either (I know trying to go beyond level 12 breaks the game).

 

I don't know what to do to fix this, could someone help me out?

I realize now that nobody would want to download my screenshot of my mods list. I installed

NoSpellPrep

Ring of the Elder Gods

Tutorial Chest Summoning

Divine Favor

 

and in an attempt to fix this bug I installed Feat ASI Fix
