[LE] Making it so npcs with custom skeletons can be ragdolled?

I've been thinking about using Racial Body Morphs. However, apparently there's a long-running issue with the mod that it makes it so most npcs can't be ragdolled. I was wondering if its simply an issue with the settings? I can't make a model or skeleton, though I figured I could fix this for myself by maybe just changing some values? If it matters, I would also like to make it compatible with Realistic Ragdolls and Force, but again I have no clue how such mods work.
