New Material and Texture Override mod

With the release of phantom Liberty we need a new material and texture override mod, as it seems to have broken the last one, I have no idea what I am doing with modding but if we don't get a new version of the mod almost all mods that recolours Textures are useless. The reason I ask here is because the previous Material and texture override mod is deceased and it's posts are locked, so there's no way of knowing if it will ever be updated which it probably won't so can some talented Modder create a new version? Thank you.
