Would love for a mod that adjusts the prone condition so that it automatically breaks concentration. It's been quite annoying having some spells just suddenly drop right after the turn I've casted them just because some enemy shoved me, tripped me, or some other effect that causes the condition without even an opportunity to even do a concentration check. What's the point of War Caster and Resilient [CON] if you end up just dropping concentration anyways without the opportunity to try and save with that advantage and proficiency. For those unawares, as far as RAW goes, prone should not be breaking concentration, let alone even causing a check, unless homebrewed in by a GM. Given the myriad ways of enemies causing prone effects in the game, or really any disabling like effects cause I've seen Hold Person break concentration on one of my characters, it just really makes concentration spells really feel bad to cast given that most of their value comes from long term and not just the single turn it was cast.
