Crash to desktop while roaming around Dawnstar/Riverwood

I've been crashing when entering Dawnstar or while roaming around Riverwood.

I've installed Crash Log mod and it gives me these headers:

 

 

 

Address: ntdll.dll+0x0005b952.
Memory at <unknown>+0x00000014 could not be read.

 

AND

 

 

 

Address: TESV.exe+0x00b602bc.
Memory at <unknown>+0x4d5a1000 could not be read.

 

I haven't found a solution anywhere. Used CMD to fix ntdll problems.

My ReSaver gives me:

 

 

 

Missing member data
This savefile has zeroed canaries. The cause of this seems to be related to script memory limits but it is not clear; Kinggath named it the 'canary error' if you want to search for more information. (1 items)

But haven't found anything useful. I'm really tired of these crashes even more crashing in riverwood since I need to talk with Delphine to progress with the main quest.
