j3lly0m3lly Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 (edited) i've changed a texture of a mod weapon that's packed into a ba2 file, and in certain lightings the weapon has weird looking noise-how do i fix that?https://i.imgur.com/fChSITM.jpg Edited September 28, 2023 by j3lly0m3lly
niston Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 If you go really close up, does the grey "noise" turn into a mess of rainbow colored dots?If so, wrong (oldrim style) texture format. Simplest fix is to have the texture as loose file.Proper fix is to save the texture in correct format and then re-add to the BA2.
